We advise you to provide as much information as possible regarding the problem or misunderstanding. We will evaluate this information and decide whether this problem qualifies for a refund or replacement.
Who pays the return shipping fee?
This fee for shipping and returning the product is ALWAYS paid by the buyer. The fee is not refundable.
We will only cover the shipping fee if the item is found to be defective (with a manufacturing defect).
Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
What can't be returned?
Please note that refunds or exchanges do not apply to:
- gift cards;
- goods purchased for a promotional item;
Other standard (non-personalized) products can be returned in their original packaging, without signs of use.
In order to solve the problem more quickly, please send photos that clearly show both the packaging and the product. If we determine that the damage occurred during delivery or is a manufacturing defect, we will send you a free replacement or refund your money.
Not what you ordered?
In this case, when you received a different product, we will send you a replacement free of charge. However, if we determine from the photos provided that the product corresponds to what you have selected and confirmed when purchasing, the return or replacement of the product will not be applicable. Therefore, when placing an order, choose very carefully and buy only when you are sure that it is what you really need.
Can I get a refund?
If your case is covered by a money-back guarantee, the money will be transferred to the same account, card or PayPal account from which the original payment was made when placing the order. It usually takes 1-3 business days, but refunds to credit cards can take up to 7 business days.
